Grape varieties : 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon Average age of vines : 15 to 20 years-old
Growing methods : Ploughing, sowing of green fertilizers. Mechanical weed control.
Harvests : manual with sorting
Vinification : Maceration for 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Ageing : 80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in new oak barrels
Total sulphite content : <50 mg/L
Bottled at the château with nitrogen flushing (to protect the colour and fruit from oxidation)
Ageing potential : Ready to drink after 2 years ageing in the bottle. Keep for up to
10 years.
